At Vishal Laundry & Dry Clean, we aim to provide reliable and quality laundry and dry-cleaning services. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains the terms under which cancellations and refunds are handled.

1. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before pickup without any charges.

Once the clothes are picked up, the order cannot be cancelled.

Orders already under processing cannot be cancelled.

To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately via phone or WhatsApp.

2. Refund Policy

Refunds may be considered only under the following conditions:

✔ Service not initiated but payment made
✔ Pickup not done due to our operational issue
✔ Duplicate or excess payment made by mistake

Non-Refundable Cases

After washing, dry cleaning, or ironing has started

Dissatisfaction based on personal expectations

Delay caused by incorrect customer information

Normal wear & tear issues

3. Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days.

Refunds will be issued using the original payment method, where applicable.

Cash payments may be refunded via cash or bank transfer.
