Damage & Liability Policy

This policy explains liability limits for garments handled by Vishal Laundry & Dry Clean, owned by Mr. Vishal Diwakar.

1. Inspection Policy

All garments are inspected at pickup and before cleaning.

Existing damages, stains, or defects are noted where possible.

2. Liability Coverage

In case of damage caused directly by our cleaning process, compensation may be considered.

Maximum compensation shall not exceed 5 times the service charge for the affected garment.

No compensation will exceed the garment’s current market value.

3. Non-Liability Cases

We are NOT responsible for:

Pre-existing damages
Color bleeding due to fabric nature
Shrinkage of non-washable fabrics
Ornaments, buttons, zippers, or accessories
Items left in pockets
Natural fabric wear & tear

4. Claim Procedure

Damage claims must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

Claims made after this period will not be accepted.

Proof of damage may be requested.

5. Final Decision

All compensation decisions made by Vishal Laundry & Dry Clean shall be final and binding.
